Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our Non-Manufacturing Projects Team. This position will be responsible for delivering critical infrastructure capital projects that directly enable TI's product design for long term growth.

In this role you will be responsible for overall design, procurement of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment, and project management. You will work closely with TI's Facilities Operations and Maintenance, and Business Unit teams to understand how systems impact process quality, reliability, safety, and cost. You will drive solutions that keep TI's critical infrastructure performing at the highest level.

This is a high-impact role that offers broad exposure to complex systems, large-scale capital projects, and a collaborative team of experienced facilities professionals. If you are a self-motivated individuals who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering world-class infrastructure solutions, we want to hear from you. In this role you can expect to travel domestically up to 25% to support projects at other TI facilities.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, and/or construction management in semiconductor manufacturing, lab facilities, data centers, or other critical infrastructure environments

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
