In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. As an Operations Platforms Analyst, drive the delivery of technology-based products, tools and data reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage platform experience for end-users from product cycle inception through project release following conceptualization, product roadmap, and operational enablement with key stakeholders.
• Enable real-time insights to the operations organization, driving actionable and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with operations stakeholders to translate problem statements into business requirements and innovative solutions
• Partner across TI to connect data and accelerate the scalability of strategic TI objectives and best-in-class customer support
• Communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Generate reports and datasets or report information for end-users using systems, tools, and databases.
