Manufacturing Financial Planning Analyst (Maine)

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role.
•    Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
•    Willingness and ability to learn manufacturing operations and understand the financial impact of operational decisions.
 

•    Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other operational environment.
•    Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, or financial reporting.
•    Exposure to manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, inventory accounting, or production variances.
•    Experience with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
•    Experience with reporting/analytics tools and with leveraging AI tools for sustainable solutions  
•    Exposure to capital expenditure analysis or project financial management.
•    Internship or academic experience involving financial modeling, data analysis, or business partnering.
