Supervises, trains, and leads quality control inspectors across Assembly to Post Test area
Ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures.
Oversees daily QC operations, performing inspections, and managing defect tracking to prevent non-conforming products ship out from factory
Collects and reports data regarding to QA Inspection gate WIP, Inspection record & Automotive lot retention record
Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at every stage of production.

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or any relevant semiconductor experiences
More than 2 year of relevant experiences or any supervisory experiences.
Able to support shift work patterns

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Familiar with Spotfire, 8D, Root cause analysis techniques, Quality Management System will be an added advantage
