About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values independence, and wants to make a positive impact in energy efficiency and sustainability. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using mobile technology. On the job learning will be provided.

~1 min read- →Conduct and record various home energy tests and inspections that will qualify homes for certification and code compliance. Specific testing includes: Blower door testing, Duct blaster testing, Airflow measurements.
- →Ensure accurate reporting of findings and testing data.
- →Use company software and mobile tools to enter, review, and submit inspection results.
- →Manage day-to-day assignments effectively with minimal supervision.
- →Travel to and from job sites in a company vehicle (gas and time covered).
- →Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company vehicle assigned.
- →Ensure testing equipment is functioning properly; following operating instructions and requesting repairs as needed.
- →Follow safety protocols and comply with all legal regulations and industry standards.
- →Communicate professionally and respectfully with: Clients and Site Contacts, Corporate Headquarters & Management, Scheduling Team, and Field Staff.
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage time and jobs tasks effectively throughout the workday.
- Respectful and professional when interacting with clients, coworkers, and job site teams.
- Commitment to performing high quality work.
- Building and residential construction knowledge is preferred.
- Strong time management, responsible, dependable, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and tablets.
- Previous experience or training in building trades such as roofing, air conditioning, plumbing, construction, electrical is a plus.
- Ability to speak and read English clearly and fluently.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
