POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Cards and Payments department. Responds to inquiries from other areas in the Bank.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Performs a variety of duties to assist in smooth and efficient daily operation of the department.
  • Performs calculations necessary to obtain data for regular or special reports or documents.         
  • Retrieves, prepares and manages records of debit alert communication to Banking Centers.
  • Responds to Banking Center calls or e-mail inquiries on debit card alerts and debit card disputes.
  • Retrieves and files various card or ATM compliance documentation.
  • Performs essential functions of Resource Card Desk such as Resource Card ordering, card maintenance, card closing, responding to Resource Card internal email requests, working e-forms for Travel Exception cases, VIP increases, card creation function and Test ATM Balancing.
  • Understand the department standards, policies and procedures established by management.
  • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS

  • One (1) - two (2) years of related work experience. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Exercises common sense and good judgment in decision making.
  • Works effectively in a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Access, Word, and Internet Explorer.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.

EQUIPMENT
MS Office PC, fax, phone and standard office equipment.
