POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating, auditing and monitoring the development and testing of the departmental and corporate disaster recovery plan.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Educates computer users on disaster recovery guidelines and plan development requirements.
Schedules, monitors and reports plan testing to the management recovery team.
Evaluates and reports plan updates and maintenance to the recovery team.
Remains current with the industry in the areas of disaster recovery processes and appropriate governing requirements.
Assists with data security functions.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
Must understand all applicable banking laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Prior data security experience.
Prior MS/Network/LAN experience preferred.
Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or MSCE certification preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
