- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage paid ads on Facebook & Instagram
- Review existing ad accounts and relaunch paused campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis
- Optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for better ROI
- Provide performance insights and recommendations
- Support SEO strategy for website rebuild
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and on-page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and implementation
- Collaborate on website updates to improve search visibility
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (FB, IG, etc.)
- Plan and schedule content calendars
- Create or coordinate engaging content (graphics, captions, short-form videos)
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments as needed
- Track and report social media performance metrics
- Align content with brand voice and marketing goals
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Proven experience in Google Ads and social media advertising
- Strong understanding of ad testing, optimization, and analytics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience in social media management and content planning
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable making data-driven recommendations
Requirements

- Part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Flexible ramp-up depending on project needs and performance
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: EST, TBD
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
