20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Analyze sales commission data and generate accurate and timely commission reports for our internal employees
- Collaborate with sales teams and finance departments to ensure commission plans are aligned with business objectives
- Responsible for modifying and improving our existing commission calculation and reporting process
- Investigate and resolve any commission disputes or discrepancies
- Provide support to sales teams and payroll on commission-related inquiries
- Maintain commission related documentation, including commission plans
- Develop and implement new commission plans as needed
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to commission analysis and administration
- Interact regularly with leaders and stakeholders on commission payments, issues, etc.
- Ability to manage the commission process with little supervision
- Timely completion of commission calculations alongside tight payroll deadlines.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in commission analysis or similar role
• Experience creating or building out calculation process highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large, non centralized, data sets
• Process improvement skills: willing to modify and improve existing processes.
• Tech Savvy- able to pick up new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
• Advanced experience within Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
• Familiarity with financial and accounting practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence and self-motivated: comfortable with reaching out to stakeholders for clarification, pushing back on any requested pay outs with weak backup, and owning bonus process with little supervision.
• Deadline-driven: Payroll closes on Saturday and the Payroll team needs bonuses and commissions by Monday afternoon so the individual needs to be able to work quickly and accurately Monday morning. As we move to bi-weekly payments, this will provide more time/flexibility.
- Contracted Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 8am to 5pm MST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
