At 2B Living, we do things differently—we Solve Hard Problems, Grow Courageously, and Row Together to create thriving communities. As an Onsite Community / Resident Manager (Part-Time), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional experiences to both residents and property owners.

This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to drive real impact. Whether you’re helping a resident resolve a challenge, optimizing property operations, or collaborating with vendors, your work will directly contribute to creating welcoming and well-maintained communities.

Who You Are:

You're an organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy tackling challenges head-on, finding creative solutions, and keeping operations running smoothly. You build strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, vendors, and teammates alike. This dedicated onsite role will support a newly onboarded community and is ideal for someone with experience in larger multifamily properties, vendor management, and onsite operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating capital improvement projects, and helping stabilize the asset, with a clear path for growth into a Property Manager role. As the Resident Manager for the building, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling after-hours emergencies, posting notices and rent collection, and the general upkeep of common areas - ensuring the community is well-maintained and residents feel supported day to day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to resource for residents—answer questions, address concerns, and help create a community they love to call home.
  • Keep things running smoothly—coordinate property maintenance, manage budgets and rent collections, and oversee resident files.
  • Identify value-add opportunities—help property owners maximize their investments.
  • Take ownership—work alongside the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations and solve challenges.
  • Be present and accessible—Work from the onsite office 10-15 hours a week.
  • Step up as a leader—handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support other administrative needs.

What You Bring:

  • Problem-solving mindset—you see challenges as opportunities to improve.
  • Organizational skills—you keep everything running efficiently, from resident records to maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent communication—you can clearly and professionally interact with residents, owners, vendors, and teammates.
  • Tech-savviness—you’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google products, and ideally, AppFolio.
  • At least 1 year of property or resident management experience (preferred)—but if you’re ready to dive in and learn, we want to hear from you.
