Role: Part-time Commercial Cleaning Floater

Part-time | Flexible Assignments | Saturday Availability Required

360clean is hiring a dependable commercial cleaner to cover part-time assignments at different client locations. This is a floater position, so your locations may vary based on where coverage is needed. We’re looking for someone with some commercial cleaning experience who can work independently, follow each client’s cleaning instructions, and deliver consistent results.

Schedule and pay

$23 - $25 per hour.
Must be available to work at least one Saturday per month.
You’ll receive advance notice of your scheduled Saturday. If coverage is needed on additional Saturdays, we’ll give you advance notice.
You’ll need reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned locations. Travel time is not paid.

What you’ll do

Sweep, vacuum, and damp-mop floors.
Dust work surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom supplies.
Clean entrance and interior glass.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Operate and care for cleaning equipment.
Follow safety, timekeeping, and lock-up procedures.

What we’re looking for

Some commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different locations.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to carry a small 4–6 qt backpack vacuum and cleaning caddie in your vehicle.
