Responsible for

item master file update
Subcon mfg item BOM updated
Material planning
Capacity planning
Master schedule planning
Subcon supplier cycle count and inventory adjustment.
Purchased order / Production order management, work and communicate with intercompany 3M , 3PM Supplier, In-house production and subcon supplier.
Problem finding and solving.
Regularly compile production reports and analyze related data per requested
Execute and complete assigned tasks
Coordinate operations of production, procurement, warehousing, and business departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of production planning concepts, inventory control, and capacity planning.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems, SAP proficiency preferred.
Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis,
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
6 years or above of work experience
