42 Wolfsburg is a disruptive higher education NGO training 400 students to become cutting-edge software engineers in a practice-based gamified peer-learning environment.

Our model is based on the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was founded in 2013 in Paris and now trains more than 18.000 students in 50+ schools across the globe.

At 42 Wolfsburg we set out to educate the next generation of software engineers to build a digital future together.

As Junior Pedagogy Manager, you will support the entire student journey, including their application/selection process and throughout the curriculum.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee all aspects of the Piscines (application process for students) and support the kick-off for the next cohorts
  • Address students' everyday problems, including questions about projects, exams, time management, and motivation
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team for monitoring student progress
  • Support the Pedagogy Lead with the development of research topics, data analysis or new learning projects
  • Maintain internal tools and our knowledge base

Whilst work hours can be flexible, onsite presence is essential for this role - we would like you to work on campus full time.
