Responsibilities

  • →Lead and co-ordinate workshops to capture current and future ways of working across our Supply Chain and Logistics teams
  • →Analyse operational processes and support the development of new ways of working to enable partnership and network changes
  • →Support the delivery of Channels and Optimisation plans
  • →Own and maintain milestone plans, stock phasing activity, and change-related actions across multiple projects
  • →Assess risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where possible and helping to solve issues
  • →Create and deliver clear communications that help colleagues understand upcoming changes
  • →Build and maintain strong relationships across our supply chain and logistics network, programme teams, and external partnerships
  • →Use data and insight to support decision-making and find opportunities to improve business performance

  • Experience working within a project, change, or programme environment
  • A good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including warehouse and transport activities
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with good attention to detail
  • The ability to interpret information from multiple sources and identify risks, opportunities, and impacts
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
