Supplier Queries Advisor

• →Work with colleagues to manage all queries and disputes for invoices on food goods going into our Co-op depots and stores
• →Complete reconciliation and invoice statements
• →Resolve price and quantity claim disputes
• →Liaise with suppliers, depots, buying teams, and other Co-op colleagues to resolve issues
• →Respond to queries via email and through our supplier query portal

• Experience working in customer service
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to perform basic functions on Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
