What We Offer

This role plays a big part in keeping these relationships healthy by minimising payment delays, improving supplier experiences, and supporting the smooth running of our food supply chain.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work with colleagues to manage all queries and disputes for invoices on food goods going into our Co-op depots and stores
- →Complete reconciliation and invoice statements
- →Resolve price and quantity claim disputes
- →Liaise with suppliers, depots, buying teams, and other Co-op colleagues to resolve issues
- →Respond to queries via email and through our supplier query portal

- Experience working in customer service
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to perform basic functions on Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
