Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the RNDpoint team and work on a banking sector project.

  Maintain and manage the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria

• →

  Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 (Camunda)

• →

  Develop UX concepts and simple UI mockups

• →

  Elaborate features to the level required by development (including separation into frontend and backend tasks)

• →

  Prepare technical documentation: data mapping, API specifications (Swagger)

• →

  Work with integration architecture (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD)

• →

  Participate in designing business rules systems (decision engines, scoring models, limits)

• →

  Collaborate with the development team, architects, QA, and product managers

• →

  Assign tasks within the team and monitor their completion

• 3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, preferably in fintech or banking projects

• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (Camunda, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.)

• Understanding of integration architecture and hands-on experience with REST / SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD

• Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of database structures

• Ability to describe APIs and prepare Swagger specifications

• Decision-making skills and readiness to take ownership

• Fluent English (spoken and written, B2+ level)

• Experience working on banking projects for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) and retail segments
