About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Online Marketing Manager, you will join the Growth Marketing team in Amsterdam where you play a key role in driving scalable, data-driven growth across the Benelux region. You take ownership of our online marketing strategy and execution, ensuring we reach the right audiences in the most effective way across the full digital funnel. You will directly impact how HelloFresh acquires and engages customers, while continuously improving performance and efficiency across channels. Working closely with both local and global teams, you help shape how we show up online and how we grow our customer base.
Responsibilities

- →Manage and optimize budgets across PPC, paid social, and programmatic channels to maximize ROI and growth
- →Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve results
- →Collaborate with brand, creative, and global marketing teams to develop and iterate high-performing assets
- →Lead testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
- →Challenge and support channel specialists to elevate performance and implement best practices across platforms
- →Stay up to date on industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of paid channels such as PPC, paid social, and programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Expertise in CRO tactics, funnel optimization as well as online traffic analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills in Dutch and English and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity for new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness
