Looking for consistent Northeast regional runs with steady year-round freight? We’re immediately hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated temperature-controlled fleet running out of Blandon, PA.

• Weekly Earnings: $1,420 average weekly ($73,632/yr average). Top earners average $1,590/week ($82,732/yr).
• CPM Rate: $0.63 – $0.71 CPM (based on verifiable experience).
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop (2–3 loads per week, averaging 2–3 stops per load).
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3% extra weekly pay for safe, on-time deliveries.

• Operating Lanes: Northeast corridor covering PA, OH, KY, VA, NY, CT, MA, and ME.
• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour DOT reset (reset days vary based on dispatch).
• Shift Schedule: 100% night driving across all assigned dispatches.
• Freight & Handling: Temperature-controlled dry/reefer loads with occasional driver unloading required.
• Equipment: Late-model automatic trucks hauling 53' reefer trailers.

• Location Requirement: Must live within 50 miles of Blandon, PA and have reliable personal transportation to the yard.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (reefer experience preferred).
• Licensing: Active Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card.
• Safety & Screening: Clean MVR (no major violations in the last 3 years). Must pass standard DOT drug screening, FMCSA Clearinghouse check, and background verification.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working night shifts and performing occasional unloading.
