✓Mileage Pay Scale: $0.53 CPM (12–18 mos exp), $0.54 CPM (18–24 mos exp), $0.56 CPM (1–2 yrs exp), $0.58 CPM (3+ yrs exp).

✓Stop Pay: $10 for the 1st stop, $15 for each subsequent stop.

✓Short-Haul Premium: $20 flat rate for loads under 250 miles.

✓Weekly Guarantees: 3-month post-solo dispatch tier progression ($1,400 / $1,500 / $1,600 / $1,700).

✓Health & Retirement: Full Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 401(k) plan, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Home Time: Daily home time (home nightly). Two days off available upon request.
Schedules & Miles: 5-day and 6-day shift options averaging 1,500 to 1,900 miles per week.
Freight & Equipment: 100% no-touch freight using roll-door trailers. Operations include live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook.
