You'll handle 75% drop and hook freight, averaging 2,000 miles and 17 loads weekly with consistent daily home time out of the Indianapolis terminal.
- The Compensation: Make $0.59–$0.66 CPM with yearly earnings averaging $87,000 (estimated weekly grossing $1,630–$1,650). Pocket a $10,000 sign-on bonus, safety incentives, $53 live load/unload pay, $33 drop & hook pay, $15 crosstown/empty move pay, $15/hr rail delay pay, $20/hr detention, and $20/hr training pay.
- The Schedule: Work a Friday through Tuesday schedule with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Pick either a 1:00 AM morning start or a 9:00 PM night driving start.
- The Setup: Operate day cabs with slip seating, leaving your tractor at the yard during time off. Strict no-smoking and no-passenger policies apply.
