Stackable Extras: You get paid for the heavy lifting—$22 for every stop, $65 for every trailer you unload, plus $15/hr for any detention or breakdown time after 2 hours.
Experience CPM: Starting at $0.63 for 3–11 months experience and scaling up to $0.69 per mile for 61+ months.
The $7,500 Sign-On Bonus: Payouts drop right on schedule: $1,000 at 14 days, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,250 at 180 days, $1,750 at 270 days, and a nice $2,500 grand finale at your one-year mark!
Paid Training: We pay you $100 a day for your 1–2 day ride-along orientation.

Experience Required: You must have a valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months.
The Schedule: This is a 24/7 operation. You've got to be cool working nights, weekends, and holidays. Plus, remember that holiday weeks require a mandatory 6th workday.
Getting to Work: You must live within the shaded hiring zone and have your own reliable personal transportation to get to and from the distribution center daily (slip-seat operation).
