Cooling Room Associate - 1st Shift

Primary Function and Purpose

In accordance with the established mission, policies and procedures of Cheryl&Co. and/or specific instructions from the Food Production Manager, the position of Cooling Room Attendant is to act in a key position of quality assurance and control between the baking rooms and frosting area and/or product packing.

Coverage

Duties and Responsibilities

· Tracking and ensuring product quality and consistency through performing and recording product weight and measurements

· Managing and organizing space and positioning of product racks to ensure easy and efficient transportation

· Notifying Management / Quality Assurance in case of any product abnormality that would affect product quality

Qualifications

· Use of scale and caliper necessary

· Ability to clearly read & write in English and perform basic math

· High School Degree preferred

· Previous food production experience preferred

· Able to work a 10 hour shift on your feet without issue

· 1st shift: 4:30am-5:30pm (work a 10 hour shift between these times)
