Key Responsibilities
Assist in the collection, organization, and handling of patient feedback, complaints, and appreciations, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate resolution
Provide operational support to frontline staff in managing patient interactions and facilitating effective communication to support service recovery
Assist in the preparation and analysis of patient feedback and complaint data, and support reporting to relevant committees for service improvement
Support the coordination and administration of patient satisfaction initiatives, including data collection and consolidation of insights
Assist in the design and delivery of newsletters, reminders, or communication materials related to customer service and complaint handling to enhance staff awareness and responsiveness
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) in support of Patient Relations Office functions
Job Requirements
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Good analytical and organizational skills
Experience in report preparation and data handling
Interest in customer service improvement and complaint management practices
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications
Compensation and Employment Terms
