Revenue Service Officer (Cashier)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier counter duties, including payment collection, refund processing, direct billing and day-end procedures;
• Handle patients and next-of-kin enquiries;
• Handle patient billing issues and ensure accuracy and completeness of all chargeable items when issuing invoice;
• Follow up payment with patients, corporates and insurance companies;
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and record keeping;
• Shift duty is required; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary Education
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience in hospital, hotel, airline or insurance company and area of billing and cashier is preferred
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, possess analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office applications

   

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
