Responsibilities

→Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and other self-service solutions that clearly present data to stakeholders; applies development best practices through partnership with senior teammates
→Validates accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts used for analyses and interactive solutions
→Analyzes datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions, with oversight from subject matter experts
→Translates business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and visualization tools
→Adheres to data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive data
