Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems including:
    • Drivetrain, transmissions, electrical, fuel/ignition, HVAC, and computer systems
  • Perform in-depth transmission diagnostics (TCM, PCM, solenoids, electrical faults)
  • Handle transmission removal and installation
  • Lead by example—train, guide, and support other technicians
  • Document findings clearly to support accurate estimates and customer trust
  • Stay sharp—continuously learn new tools, tech, and repair strategies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional shop environment

  • 5+ years experience as an automotive technician (A-level skillset)
  • Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical + electrical systems
  • Transmission experience highly valued
  • Any ASE A1–A9 certifications preferred (we’ll pay for testing/renewals)
  • Leadership mindset — you raise the level of everyone around you
  • High ownership, strong work ethic, and customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional-grade tools
  • Ability to handle physical demands (lifting, standing, etc.)
