Responsibilities

→Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and mainly outbound cold calls and emails.
→Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
→Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Key Account Manager for further development and closure.
→Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales team Lahore.
→Actively engage with clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.) to understand their requirements.
→Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.

Proven experience of 1-2 years in customer service and business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
