• →Analyze business processes and requirements related to controlling and management accounting
• →Configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules, including GLs, AP, AR, AA, Banks, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• →Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (PM, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• →Provide support for SAP FICO-related issues and enhancements
• →Develop and maintain custom reports using SAP Report Painter
• →Write functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects)
• →Conduct system testing, user training, and prepare documentation
• →Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and developers to ensure solution effectiveness
• →Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and ongoing system improvements
• →Provide expertise in month-end and year-end closing activities, cost allocations, and reporting

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Financial & Management accounting principles
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP FI or CO certification
