Independently manage the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle including RFP analysis, proposal writing, team coordination, and submission.
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and align solutions.
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
Lead the creation of client-facing pitch decks and solution overviews.
Represent the company in virtual and in-person meetings with clients, partners, and consortiums.
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships aligned with our core offerings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales collateral and knowledge repositories.
Mentor junior team members and support quality assurance across business development deliverables.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a relevant discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience in pre-sales, RFP/proposal development, and client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive business documentation and visual presentations.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite.
Understanding of the sales lifecycle, especially in B2B or enterprise environments.
Ability to manage multiple proposals and client interactions simultaneously.
Self-driven, confident, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
