🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
• Choose from diverse caseload options
• Predominantly school and community settings, with wraparound support in-home encouraging active caregiver participation
• Maintain Medicaid/insurance documentation standards
