• 東京もしくは名古屋を拠点に、中部エリアを中心に全国出張ベースで営業活動を行っていただきます。全国で4名の精鋭営業チームの一員として、裁量を持って活躍できるポジションです。医療業界の最前線で、革新的な遺伝子検査機器を提案し、医療の質向上に貢献できます。さらに、月に1回APACへの報告会議に参加する事で、英語スキルを磨き、将来的にはグローバルマーケットへのキャリアパスも開けます。

• 販売戦略の立案・実行：担当エリアの販売戦術を計画し、実行します。

• 実績管理・予測：顧客別・製品群別の実績管理と新規項目の予測を作成。

• 提案活動：顧客ニーズに合わせた提案書を作成し、折衝を行います。

• 情報発信：勉強会や説明会を企画・実施し、製品価値を広めます。

• 課題解決：顧客の抱える問題や製品に関する苦情を迅速に対応。

• 市場情報収集：業界動向や競合情報を収集・報告。

• 納入対応：機器納入時の一連の作業を正確に遂行。

• 団体サポート：技師会など各種団体の活動をサポート。

• コンプライアンス遵守：会社規則・業界規範を守り、正しいビジネスを実践。

• 大学病院や国立がんセンター大手検査センターなど、日本の急性期医療を支える重要な施設が中心です。

• 大卒以上

• 医療業界での営業経験

• 第一種普通自動車免許

• PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）

• 経験者優遇

• 自立して業務を遂行できる方

• 顧客との信頼関係構築に長けた方

• 医療業界でキャリアをさらに伸ばしたい方
