Business Excellence Manager- Diabetes Care - Benelux

We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to join our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Benelux organization.

In this strategic role, you will lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes across the Benelux. As a key partner to Country Affiliate Management, you will leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making, strengthen commercial performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

• →Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes across the Benelux, supporting management decision-making through robust, data-driven insights.
• →Drive business intelligence processes, including data gathering, analysis, forecasting, monitoring and business performance reviews.
• →Translate commercial developments and business trends into actionable models and plans, considering sales performance, competitive intelligence, market access, supply chain developments and customer needs.
• →Identify business opportunities and vulnerabilities and develop commercial models supporting Latest Best Estimate and Integrated Business Planning cycles.
• →Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to review performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into commercial action plans.
• →Lead the creation and evaluation of business cases for commercial initiatives, including ROI assessment, outcome tracking and business analysis.
• →Drive Business Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, including product launches, new business models and operational excellence programs.
• →Collaborate across Benelux, EMEAP and other regions to share best practices, improve processes and drive greater standardization and operational excellence.

• Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Strategic Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant progressive experience within MedTech, Pharma or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with statistical forecasting and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong business acumen and experience with critical commercial processes, including sales performance reviews, project management, supply chain management and pricing analysis.
• Experience with key Business Intelligence principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent systems skills and experience, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
• Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, work to deadlines and collaborate across functions.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French. Project management certification, such as PRINCE2, is considered an asset.
