The Marketing Manager, based in Diegem, looking after the EECRI region, will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for our Vascular portfolio, driving growth, successful product launches, and strong customer engagement across distributor-led markets.
- Define and drive regional strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives aligned with global priorities
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse market and customer needs
- Identify clinical trends and opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Lead end-to-end product launches including positioning, pricing, and performance tracking
- Develop clear and compelling value propositions
- Create impactful marketing tools to support sales and market growth
- Build strong partnerships with KOLs, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- Support education initiatives including advisory boards and training programs
- Identify and address clinical gaps in target accounts
- Partner with distributors to align strategy, messaging, and execution
- Support campaigns, training, and regional events (roadshows, symposia, workshops)
- Provide clinical and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage tools such as Power BI and OneForce to enhance decision-making
- Promote data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and market share
- Work closely with regional, global, and country teams to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a medical-related field
- At least 5 years in a senior marketing role , ideally within the Cardio/ Vascular Medical devices areas
- Strong product and market knowledge; imaging/physiology experience is advantageous
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using commercial analytics tools
- Sales acumen, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across the region
