Responsibilities

- →Conduct regular competitor monitoring and market landscape analysis, including competitor performance, key initiatives, pricing/promotion trends, and channel strategies.
- →Analyze market share performance across key consumer channels and e‑commerce platforms, identify growth opportunities, risks, and gaps versus competitors, and provide actionable insights to sales planning and management.
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of operational processes across consumer channels.
- →Act as a communication bridge between frontline sales teams and management by providing timely feedback on market dynamics, execution gaps, competitor movements, and potential business impacts.
- →Support channel budget and resource control by tracking spending, monitoring ROI, cross Sales/MKT/CX, contributing to optimized P&L performance.
Bachelor degree, Good English spoken and written skills
Sales operation role or data analyst more than 2 years, total working experience more than 4 years. Background of OTC, nutrition, and medical devices is preferred. FMCG/agency background is welcomed as well.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
