Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)
Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles
Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistency
