Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
1.1. Lead business analysis, To-Be Design, Process Transformation and Digital Transformation for clients in Manufacturing industries.
1.2. Project management at client site.
1.3. Bridge solution team or development team to convey business requirement and let them build digital solution.
Business development
Analyze clients' business and identify opportunities for consulting services, develop proposal and close the deal.
Organization Management
3.1. Talent development- guide your subordinate for consulting skills.
3.2. Support Group leader to manage and report organization KPI.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Consulting, preferably possessing Supply Chain Consulting, Digital Transformation or Operations Excellence.
Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, Machinery or High-tech Manufacturing or Food and Beverage and FMCG industries.
Experience in business transformation area such as Sales Marketing, SCM including production. control.
Strong project management skills with experience managing consulting teams and client stakeholders.
Excellent in logical thinking.
Strong documentation in Power Point.
Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with senior management and C-level executives.
Business-level English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Prior experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred.
Experience in proposal development, client relationship management and business development activities is highly preferred.
Preferably Experience leading end-to-end consulting or ERP implementation projects (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
Preferably Experience in data analysis such as market analysis, SCM data analysis etc.
