Technical Tools

OtherSystem Engineer

Take part in the development lifecycle, validating installation and upgrade procedures before release
Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end – from planning through implementation and handover
Analyze, design and advise clients on improving their complex IT systems
Monitor IT systems and resolve complex issues across hardware, system software, database and network
Organize and maintain data backups for clients

Strong, production-level experience with Microsoft platform technologies – Windows Server and IIS on-premises, Active Directory/LDAP, Azure Entra and IaaS
Experience with SQL Server administration (including Report Server) and O365 configuration
Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V)
Experience with backup management – SQL Server and Windows Server backups
Understanding of security and data protection concepts
Knowledge of network protocols and services (DNS, DHCP)

Linux administration and open-source technologies
Web servers and load balancing – NGINX, HAProxy, or similar
Identity and access management – Keycloak, or similar
Databases and search – PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or similar
Service discovery and configuration – HashiCorp Consul, or similar
