Testing and Evaluation Lead

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. 

• →Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems. 

• →Familiarity with DoD or federal system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and compliance requirements. 

• →Knowledge of DoD software documentation standards, including SDD, IDD, SDP, ICD, and CDRL requirements. 

• →Understanding of RMF, ATO, and Cybersecurity Testing/Validation (e.g., STIG compliance). 

• →Familiarity with test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant, Python, XML, JSON). 

• →Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Testing (MBT) practices. 

• →Experience in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, and use of tools like Zephyr, TestRail, or qTest. 

• →Security+ or other DoD 8570-compliant certification preferred.
