AI Architect

Accellor is looking for an AI Architect to build and strengthen its AI, Data and Engineering solutions in the organization.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performing AI & Data Center of Excellence, driving AI-led innovation, strengthening enterprise delivery capabilities, developing strategic client relationships, and building a world-class technology organization.

The ideal candidate will be a proven AI/Technology lead, AI Practice lead, Engineering lead or Data & AI Leader — with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data and enterprise technology, combined with exceptional people, client and business leadership skills.

• →AI & Technology Leadership: Work with leadership to drive execution of the AI & Data strategy aligned with Accellor's global AI vision and roadmap.
• →Practice Building: Build and scale a high-performing AI, Data and Engineering organization.
• →Generative & Agentic AI: Lead adoption and delivery of GenAI, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning and intelligent automation solutions.
• →Product & Innovation: Drive development of AI products, platforms, accelerators, reusable frameworks and intellectual property.
• →Client Leadership: Engage with CXOs and enterprise clients to identify AI opportunities, shape technology strategies and drive business outcomes.
• →Delivery Excellence: Ensure strategic AI programs are delivered with high quality, speed, scalability and measurable ROI.
• →Business Growth: Partner with Sales and Business Development on AI-led opportunities, pre-sales, solutioning, proposals and account expansion.
• →People Leadership: Attract, develop and retain top AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering and Architecture talent.
• →Thought Leadership: Represent Accellor externally through AI/technology forums, industry events, partnerships and thought leadership initiatives.

• →15–18 years of experience in Technology, AI, Data, Product Engineering or Consulting, including 8+ years leading an AI team in a senior leadership capacity.
• →Proven experience as an AI Architect, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead, Data & AI Leader or equivalent in Consulting and Service Industry.
• →Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Cloud platforms.
• →Proven track record of taking AI initiatives from PoC → Production → Scale.
• →Experience building and leading large, high-performing technology organizations.
• →Strong enterprise client-facing and C-suite stakeholder management experience.
• →Demonstrated understanding of business growth, revenue, margins, delivery and commercial outcomes.
• →Exceptional communication, strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilities.
• →Engineering/technology degree from a well-recognized institution; an advanced degree (M.Tech/MS/MBA) from a premier institute is a plus.

• Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Technology, E-commerce, Martech, Digital Products or AI-first organizations is preferred.
• Prior experience in building or scaling a technology/AI Center of Excellence will be an advantage.

- Build and scale a strong AI/Data/Engineering team in the organization.

- Drive significant AI-led enterprise client opportunities.

- Launch multiple AI products, accelerators or client solutions into production.
