We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to lead a small team and ensure the accurate execution of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with team oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

→Lead and review the work of a small accounting team.
→Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
→Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
→Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
→Prepare and post provisions and accruals.
→Review and report SOX controls compliance.
→Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion.
→Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
→Analyze issues, identify risks, and drive resolutions.
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives.
→Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with data protection policies.

Requirements

Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and month-end close activities.
Advanced English
Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls.
Leadership experience, including reviewing and guiding team deliverables.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Hyperion, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
