Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to service delivery, ensuring that critical applications operate smoothly and efficiently. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while proactively identifying potential challenges before they impact business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Red Hat OS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Windows environments.
- Experience in managing system performance, security updates, and patch management.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
