As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and reliability, and delivering timely resolutions to minimize business disruptions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide effective support.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and system changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business systems to ensure high availability.
- Ability to interpret system logs and error messages to diagnose issues effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with change management and incident management processes within IT service frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
