Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and effectively, while also documenting processes and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of business applications, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools • Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker • Monitor system performance and availability using Prometheus and Grafana • Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the CI/CD pipeline Professional & Technical Skills: • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure • Strong scripting (Python, Shell) • Experience with monitoring and automation tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
