Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5–8 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The role will focus on designing and developing production-ready AI solutions, creating technical designs, reviewing implementations and providing technical guidance to other developers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test and maintain scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python and appropriate AI frameworks and platforms.

2. Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, tool integrations and LLM-powered applications integrated with APIs, enterprise systems, databases and knowledge sources.

3. Create and review technical designs covering application components, agent workflows, APIs, integrations, data flows and technology choices.

4. Conduct code and design reviews, provide technical guidance to developers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality, performance, security, maintainability and production readiness.

Professional & Technical Skills

1. Strong proficiency in Python with experience developing scalable, maintainable and production-quality applications, REST APIs and integrations.

2. Strong practical experience with GenAI/LLM application development, prompt engineering, context management, model selection, tokens, embeddings and tool/function calling.

3. Hands-on experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent.

4. Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval, with experience integrating LLMs and agents with enterprise applications and external tools.

5. Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, performance, security, CI/CD, testing, logging and observability.

Additional Information:

1. Experience with MCP, multi-agent architectures, cloud GenAI services such as Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, AI evaluation, guardrails, Responsible AI and AI security is preferred.

2. Exposure to vector databases, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless/cloud deployment and production support is desirable.

3. Strong ability to create medium-complexity technical designs, evaluate technical alternatives, conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
