Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify issues.
- Ability to analyze logs and error messages to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
