Responsibilities

Design and implement AWS Connect solutions for enterprise contact center and migration initiatives.

Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud integrations.
Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive technical implementation decisions.

Develop technical documentation, configuration artifacts, and governance approvals.
→
Support integration of AWS Connect and related AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.

Provide hands-on technical support throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.

Requirements

Atleast 5+ years of AWS Connect / contact center engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
Strong AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.
Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Experience building cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor's in computer science or related field.

Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer Associate or higher).
