Summary: As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing and developing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Document process flows and create visual representations to communicate ideas effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience in workflow design and process optimization. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
