Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and stakeholders on content strategy, messaging architecture, storytelling, and communication effectiveness.
- Provide editorial leadership by establishing quality standards, coaching contributors, and ensuring consistency and excellence across communication outputs.
- Assess People Engagement Communications Hub submissions for appropriate channel selection, audience targeting, and timing.
- Provide strategic recommendations to business partners on communication plans, audience approaches, sequencing, and channel optimization.
- Lead resolution of complex scheduling conflicts, balancing competing priorities and enterprise-wide communication objectives.
- Drive adoption of audience-first planning principles and influence stakeholders toward data-informed communications decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality, production efficiency, governance, and audience experience.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze communications data and analytics to gauge communication effectiveness.
- Translate complex metrics, trends, and audience insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and present strategic analyses, performance narratives, and communications effectiveness assessments to support decision-making.
- Empower People Engagement Business Partners to make data-driven decisions leveraging reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance measurement frameworks, reporting methodologies, and insights capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted communications advisor across teams and functions.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and peers, sharing expertise and helping build broader team capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain alignment on communications strategies, priorities, and approaches.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, journalism, content strategy, public relations, marketing communications, or related fields
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global communications initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience advising stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with data and analytics.
- Experience working in a virtual/global team setting.

- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring others, or serving as a functional lead.
- Experience with communications measurement frameworks, audience strategy, behavioral insights, and engagement analytics.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, organizational change, or large-scale strategic programs.
