Join us in transforming the future of banking. As a Core Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative technology solutions that help financial institutions modernize operations, optimize processes, and achieve sustainable growth.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will analyze current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and business value. Responsibilities

→Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to assess existing processes, systems, and operational challenges.
→Design and deliver Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
→Provide functional and technical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
→Support digital transformation initiatives and help organizations adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
→Facilitate process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
→Contribute to project planning, solution design, and implementation activities.
→Continuously develop knowledge of emerging banking trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Requirements

Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and technology transformation initiatives within the banking industry.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in Account Delivery Management.
Expertise in Business Operations Management.
Expertise in Estimation and Planning.
Expertise in Work Management.
Experience leading or supporting process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Experience working in large-scale transformation or digital banking programs.
