Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the development process forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, configurations, and application workflows to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline development and orchestration.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Build Tool.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
